What to include
- Your Chrome version and operating system.
- The AdRecon version shown in
chrome://extensions. - The Meta Ad Library URL or search type where the issue happened.
- A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.
Common issues
The panel does not appear. Open a Meta Ad Library search results page, then reload the tab after installing or updating the extension.
Exports are empty. Click "Auto-scroll & collect" first so AdRecon can read the ads loaded in your browser.
Downloaded reports are missing. Check Chrome's downloads shelf and your default Downloads folder. AdRecon only saves files locally.
Privacy
AdRecon does not send your searches, niches, exports, or ad data to a server. Read the full privacy policy.
